  Installation seemed okay, but I have had problems with the system in heating mode. I have called service 3 times this week, and like the calls I have placed in November, the are unresponsive. THEY NEVER CALL BACK. Had to call sales representative in order to have someone from service call me. Serviceman was helpful, although I still have problems, and they remain to be resolved. Company seemed fine on the sales side, but once the installation is done, AND THAT YOU HAVE PAID, THEY FORGET YOU EVEN EXIST. I don't understand how some people can review about their good service, THEY DO NOT SERVICE. AVOID, I am sure you can find better.
